  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

    All of our products are shipped from a U.S.-based warehouse to speed up delivery times. 

    • First, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email you provided during checkout
    • Next, you will receive your shipping and tracking number within 1-3 business days or less
    • Finally, you will receive your product in 3-7 business days or less once the product is shipped

    We want you to be more than satisfied with our ordering process and delivery times. If you ever have an issue receiving any of our products, please let us know immediately

  • HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

    Thank you for your order! You will receive your shipping and tracking number within 1-3 business days or less, sent to the email you provided during checkout.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    Oh! No! If you have not yet received your order please let us know immediately so we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible!

  • REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

    Refund/Exchange Policy:

    If you are not happy, we are not happy! Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to be pleased with all of our products, including how we handle returns.

    We have a 30-day return policy on most of our products unless otherwise stated on the product page. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please note: Monogrammed, personalized, and special-order items are not eligible for return.

  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    Unfrotunately, we currently do not ship internationally. If you live in the continental U.S., then we sure do! Which would unfortunately exclude Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico at this time. We are, however working to expand our reach into other regions outside of the U.S as well. If you would like to have our products delivered in your area or region, please let us know!
